This website is operated by Natalie Krul and Klever Strategies LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Natalie Krul and Klever Strategies LLC. Natalie Krul and Klever Strategies LLC offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. The terms “site” or “website” refer to the website kleverstrategies.com and any landing pages and subdomains of kleverstrategies.com.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following return policy (“Return Policy”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These terms and policies apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Users who register for a course or purchase a service or product from us occasionally change their mind for one reason or another. Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a definite refund policy for customers who decide not to take the course.
Refunds for online courses are only given under the following circumstances:
- The user did not access any portion of the online course AND the user requests a refund, in writing via email within three business days from the date of the registration (email notification sent). Email info@kleverstrategies.com with your refund request, name, and product ordered.
- For online courses, a full refund will be issued less an administrative fee of 3% the total purchase amount.
- Online training courses may NOT be transferred to another user.
- Refunds are not issued for transfers to courses of equal or lesser value.
- If you transfer to a more expensive course, you must provide payment for the additional tuition at the time of transfer.
- Users who have left the employ of a company, or users who FAIL their final exam (see below) are NOT eligible for credit, extension or refund of any kind, regardless of time spent in the course or time remaining.
- For online courses that require the user pass a final exam: users must receive a passing grade to be issued a Certificate of Completion.
- Users are given 3 attempts to pass the final examination. If a user FAILS 3- times, they must re-enroll and pay tuition (this includes taking the class over from the beginning) to take the course a second time. No credit or partial discount will be extended due to a failed exam.
- Additional restocking and shipping costs may apply to items physically delivered to a user.
There will be no refunds for any online courses (or curricula) once a course has been accessed in any manner.
All shipped or electronically delivered course materials, products or services (books, study guides, marketing plans, ebooks, electronic downloads, etc.) are non-refundable.
For individually purchased digital products delivered electronically or accessed electronically or via a URL link or via the internet as a shared document or digital item, refunds are only given under the following circumstances:
- The user did not access or download any portion of the digital product and the user requests a refund, in writing via email within three business days from the date of the purchase. Email info@kleverstrategies.com with your refund request, name, and product ordered.
- The users account shows no downloads have occurred or been initiated. If the user has downloaded or initiated download of the product, no refund or return will be granted. You can check your download status by logging into your account and checking your order’s “Download’s Remaining” (We give each customer 5 downloads to give them sufficient opportunity to save the product to their computer or other device. If your order shows you have less than 5 downloads remaining, then you aren’t eligible for a refund since you have downloaded the product).
- If the user qualifies for a full refund, a full refund will be issued less an administrative fee of 3% the total purchase amount.
- Digital products may NOT be transferred to another user.
- Refunds are not issued for transfers to products of equal or lesser value.
- If you transfer to a more expensive product, you must provide payment for the additional cost at the time of transfer.
Additional non-returnable / non-refundable items:
- Gift cards
- Digital products or Downloadable products if your order shows you’ve already downloaded the product
- Digital products if your order shows you have already accessed the product (e.g. Trello board template, Google sheet, Google doc)
- Online courses that have been accessed by the user in any manner
- Webinars or workshops in which the webinar date or workshop date has passed
- Webinars or workshops that you have accessed in any manner, viewed, watched, participated in, or attended
To be eligible for a return of a physical item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days for physical items individually purchased separate of other products or courses. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Refunds for physical items are only given under the following circumstances:
- The user did not access or download any portion of the digital product and the user requests a refund, in writing via email within three business days from the date of the purchase. Email info@kleverstrategies.com with your refund request, name, and product ordered.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and refunded. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
- The user is not eligible for a return or refund for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any product or service in which a refund request was submitted to us more than 14 days after purchase date
To complete your return for a physical item that was shipped to you, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email us your order receipt with request for refund/return within 14 days of purchase date.
Please do not ship your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us unless we have advised you to do so and have provided you with a return shipping label.
Refunds
Physical items shipped to you: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
Digital items: Once we have received your return / refund request and have confirmed that you are eligible for a refund, then your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, it may take 7-10 days for the credit to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items noted as final sale
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items listed as final sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kleverstrategies.com and we will review your request and send you the proper mailing address for you to return your item to us.
Gifts
If the physical item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the physical item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should first email us at info@kleverstrategies.com and await our reply with shipping return instructions. Do not mail your item back to the address on the shipping label.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please understand that with the enrollment, registration or accessing of your online course, product or service, you have read and agree to the aforementioned refund policy. There are no extensions granted for your course, product or service. As applicable, if you do not complete your course by the end-date on your order notification email, there will be additional fees for extended access.
